In the real world everyone would remember their appointments but life happens and sometimes emergencies come up.
No notice prior to your appointment time will result in a fee of $20 being applied to the next appointment. A phone call — as soon as possible — to cancel your appointment is appreciated.
In addition, the massage therapist is not responsible for the aggravation of conditions that were present, but not disclosed, at the time of the massage and which may be affected by the massage.
